• Branding & Design: Visual identity development, communication elements, and design visualization.

• Interior Solutions: Stall design, logistics, customized furniture, and interior decoration.

3. Payments and Financial Terms A non-refundable advance payment is required to initiate any project. The remaining balance must be settled upon project completion as per the agreed contract. All prices are subject to applicable government taxes and VAT as per the laws of Bangladesh.

4. Intellectual Property Rights All creative concepts, designs, and drafts produced during a project remain the intellectual property of Postbox Communication unless ownership is explicitly transferred in writing. Clients are granted usage rights for the final approved deliverables only.

5. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, project strategies, and trade secrets. Information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability While Postbox Communication strives for excellence, we are not liable for delays or errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, or for third-party service failures beyond our direct control.

7. Cancellation Policy Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Charges will apply based on the stage of project completion at the time of cancellation. Advance payments may be forfeited to cover administrative and resource costs already incurred.
